SMOK Morph 3 230W Starter Kit Review

Ready for a box mod that can morph your vaping sessions 3x over into something totally unique? Well, SMOKtech has what vapers need. Specifically, the SMOK Morph 3 230W Starter Kit takes vaping technology to new heights with a series of innovations and advanced, customizable functionalities. Encompassing a multitude of output modes, a surprisingly compact chassis structure, and the stunning, brand-new T-Air Subtank, the Morph 3 showcases the brand’s attention to detail, and deep understanding of what today’s vapers are looking for. Combined with the TA Meshed Coils, made exclusively for this new tank design, this vape kit promises a consistent performance complete with satisfying flavor and luscious clouds all day long.

SMOK Morph 3 delivers the standard box mod system design, with a slimmer chassis that makes the overall structure more travel-friendly and generally portable. It can fit into a pocket comfortably, all while utilizing two (separately sold) 18650 batteries. The mod is crafted from zinc-alloy, regarded as one of the most resilient materials in the world (capable of handling the occasional drop), while being surprisingly lightweight. The sleek and sophisticated design of the kit shows off the brand’s knack for aesthetics, with a polished metal chassis featuring gorgeous panels for contrast. Meanwhile, the device is very ergonomic, being comfortable to grip throughout the day, with a slip-proof finish.

The Morph 3 is an achievement in vaping technology, boasting a maximum output of 230W to accommodate a wider array of vaping styles. Like we said, it requires two 18650 batteries in order to receive power. In addition to the generous wattage mode, the device offers a comprehensive temperature control option for more precise vaping, along with plenty of micro-adjustments that bring full customizability to the vaping experience.

An extra-large display screen sits at the front of the chassis, allowing you to have an easier time than ever checking your vaping stats (battery life, etc.) and making adjustments to the various output features. The display screen uses TFT technology to offer a crisp and clean presentation at all times. The kit also comes with plenty of safety features via an advanced, intelligent IQ-S Chip, and a type-C port on the device means that you never have to remove your batteries to recharge them – all while offering rapid charging as a nice bonus, to minimize downtime.

Included is the T-Air Subtank, SMOKtech’s latest sub-ohm tank innovation, offering a large 5ml capacity so that you can enjoy a lot of e-liquid before it’s time to refill. When you do need to refill the tank, you can simply open the top cap and access the fill port, which makes it easier to refill while on the road. The tank is highly durable, with a Pyrex and stainless steel construction.

The tank uses the TA Coil family, with a threaded coil installation system that’s standard. Included are two coils: the 0.2ohm TA Coil and the 0.4ohm TA Coil, both of which use mesh material to ensure bigger, more flavorful clouds, and superb longevity so that each coil can last longer than average. While you explore both coil configurations, you’ll be able to achieve your sweet spot like never before.
