At Vape Society Supplies, we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Regardless of the shipping method, all our orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Orders are processed from 9:00AM – 5:00PM (PST) on weekdays and 9:00AM – 12:00PM on Saturdays. We do not process orders on Sundays or on major U.S. Holidays.
Our shipping cutoff time is 4:30PM (PST). If you receive a tracking number after this time, your order has been prepared but may not have left our facility. Please note that orders placed on Friday after 4:30PM will not be shipped until Monday.
Vape Society Supplies ships to all 50 states in the U.S. and APO/FPO addresses. We offer international shipping to wholesalers only. If you want to know if we will ship to your country, please contact our customer service. However, please note that Vape Society Supplies doesn’t provide return labels for any international orders. Duties, taxes, and other custom fees may be assessed based on contents of your shipment.

Although our shipping carriers guarantee transit times, please be advised that packages may be delayed due to weather-related circumstances or failed deliveries. If you believe that your package is delayed in transit, you may contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please review your shipping and billing addresses upon placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address submissions can result in delayed transit times or returned packages. Packages that are returned to us will not be reshipped until the customer pays a 15 percent restocking and shipping fee.
If you believe that your package has been lost in transit, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. USPS Priority Mail packages are insured up to $100.
If you receive your order with a missing item or items, you must take a picture of the packing slip and the item(s) received and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org for us to take the proper steps.
If you receive an item that was broken or damaged in transit, you must take a picture of the damaged product and submit it to customer service at Info@vapesocietysupplies.com for our customer service team to take the next steps.
Returns are accepted if the bottle of vape juice is unopened. You are responsible for shipping back the product at your own expense. Once it is received and verified that the bottle of e-juice was not tampered with, a refund will be issued for the product, only with a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Orders from Vape Society Supplies are shipped in plain and unmarked boxes. Therefore, only you will know that your package came from our Vape Society Supplies. The return label on your package will state “Shipping Department” along with our address.
