+ Adult Signature (21+): $8.00 is added to every shipped order. Federal law requires an adult signature and a valid photo ID.

Processing and Delivery Times
We process most orders within 1 business day, and every order within 2. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays start processing the next business day. The delivery times above start once your order ships.
Adult Signature and ID
Federal law (the PACT Act) requires an adult signature on every vape delivery. Someone 21 or older must sign and show a valid government-issued photo ID. We can ship to a home or business address, but not to a PO box.
PUDOpoint Pickup
Can’t be home to sign? Send your order to a PUDOpoint counter instead. These are local businesses that hold your package until you pick it up. Bring a valid photo ID when you pick it up. You must be 21 or older.
Where We Ship
We ship within the US only. We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO).
Some states and cities ban online vape sales or only allow certain products, such as tobacco flavors or brands on a state list. Herb vaporizers, nicotine pouches and accessories have their own rules. If something in your cart can’t ship to your address, checkout will tell you.

Problems With Your Order
- Missing, damaged or wrong items: contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packing slip and items.
- Lost or stuck packages: tell us within 24–48 hours of the last tracking update so we can start a carrier investigation.
- Returned packages: if a package comes back because of a wrong or incomplete address, or because no one 21+ signed with a valid ID, we refund it minus shipping costs. A failed signature or ID check also has a $14 fee. Reshipping is at our discretion and at your cost.
- Replacements: when a return is needed, we ship the replacement after we receive the original.

Returns
You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is on you, or we can send a prepaid label for $16. If we confirm an item is defective, we cover return shipping. Sub-ohm tanks, coils, batteries and opened e-liquid are final sale. Read the full return policy.
Shipping FAQ
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. Contact us right away. After that, your order may already be processing and we can’t change it.
When do I get my tracking number?
We email it to you as soon as your order ships. Most orders ship within 1 business day.
Do I have to be home to sign?
Someone 21 or older has to sign and show a valid photo ID, but it doesn’t have to be you. If no one will be home, choose PUDOpoint pickup at checkout (where available) and collect your order from a local counter.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain boxes or envelopes, and the label says “VSS warehouse” with our return address.
Do nicotine pouches ship to every state?
No. Nicotine pouches ship to fewer states than vapes, and a few cities only allow unflavored ZYN. See the Pouches column on our ZIP code check.
