Age Verification at Vape Society Supply
You must be 21 or older to order from us, and federal law requires us to check. AgeChecker.Net, an independent age verification service, handles the check at checkout. Most customers are verified in seconds from their name, address and date of birth, with no ID needed. If that can’t confirm your age, or your state requires it, you’ll upload a photo of your ID once.

How Age Verification Works
- Place your order. A small AgeChecker.Net window opens right on the checkout page.
- Add your date of birth. It uses the name and address you already entered, and most customers are approved in seconds.
- Upload a photo of your ID, only if asked. That happens when your details can’t be matched, or on your first order if your billing address is in Delaware, Minnesota or Rhode Island, where state law asks for an ID. Take the photo with your phone or webcam, and a real person checks it, usually in 10 to 30 seconds.
After that, you’re set. On later orders, the quick check approves you in seconds without your ID, as long as your name, billing address and date of birth stay the same.
Some states also require a signed statement. If your billing address is in California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota or Rhode Island, the AgeChecker.Net window asks you to confirm you’re 21 or older and that your details are correct, then to sign by typing your name.
California and Florida orders also get a short recorded call after 5 p.m. to confirm the order before it ships, as state law requires.
Is Your ID Saved?
Not by us. If you’re asked for an ID, the photo goes straight to AgeChecker.Net and never reaches our website. Here’s what AgeChecker.Net says it does:
- It deletes your ID photo after the age check.
- It keeps your name, date of birth and address, encrypted, so it can recognize you next time.
- It doesn’t sell your information or share it for advertising.

Age Verification FAQ
Do I have to verify my age every time?
You’ll see the quick age check on each order, and it usually takes seconds. Most customers never upload an ID. If you’re asked for one, it’s only once, unless your name, billing address or date of birth changes.
Which IDs can I use?
A driver’s license, state ID card, military ID or passport. Make sure your name, date of birth and expiration date are easy to read.
When do I need a photo ID?
Only if the quick check can’t confirm your age from your name, address and date of birth, or on your first order if your billing address is in Delaware, Minnesota or Rhode Island, where state law asks for an ID. After that, you’ll only be asked again if your name, billing address or date of birth changes, for example after a move.
What if I can’t get verified?
Check that your billing name matches your ID, your billing address is where you live now, and your date of birth is right. Still stuck? Email help@agechecker.net (open 24/7) or contact us.
Why do I show ID again at delivery?
Because federal law requires a second age check at delivery. An adult 21 or older has to sign for vape orders and show a photo ID. Anyone 21 or older at the address can sign, so it doesn’t have to be you. See Shipping & Handling for pickup options.
