SF Shipping List

San Francisco has stricter vape rules than the rest of California, so this SF Shipping List shows the products we can ship to a San Francisco address. Use the Filter By bar to narrow the list by product type or brand.

What Ships to San Francisco

• Vape hardware: pod systems and box mods sold empty, empty pods, coils, tanks, batteries and accessories.
• JUUL: JUUL devices and Virginia Tobacco pods, which have FDA authorization.

What Does Not Ship to San Francisco

San Francisco vape law bans nicotine vape products unless the FDA has authorized them, and it bans flavored products, including menthol. That rules out nicotine e-liquid and salts, tobacco included, disposables, prefilled pods other than JUUL Virginia Tobacco, and JUUL Menthol pods.

Ordering from San Francisco

Shop this list and check out as usual. If your cart holds an item that cannot ship to San Francisco, checkout shows a notice so you can remove it. Every order needs an adult signature (21+) on delivery. See Shipping & Handling for details, or Shop by State for other states.
