Vape Kit & Mod Guides
Our vape kit reviews cover the pod kits and box mods we sell, with specs from our product pages and the coils or pods each one uses. Our comparisons and best-of lists then help you narrow it down.
Vape kit reviews: how to choose a kit
- Pick a pod kit or a box mod kit. Pod kits are small and simple. Box mod kits are bigger, with more power and a tank. Start with our best starter kits or best box mod kits.
- Pick a draw. A tight, mouth-to-lung draw suits nic salts. An airy, direct-to-lung draw suits low-nicotine freebase and bigger clouds. See sub-ohm vaping explained.
- Check the battery. Most pod kits have a built-in battery. Some box mods take removable 18650 batteries instead, like the ARMOUR OCTA.
- Check the coils or pods. Each review lists the coils or pods that fit, so you know what to buy next.
- Compare two kits. See XROS 6 vs Caliburn G5 and XLIM Pro 3 vs XLIM 3 Ultra.
