  • Order and account details: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, date of birth and the items you buy. If you create an account, we also keep your login and order history.
  • Payment details: our payment processors handle your card or Sezzle payment. We don’t store full card numbers on our website.
  • Age verification: at checkout, AgeChecker.Net checks your age with your name, address and date of birth, and a photo of your ID if needed (some states require one on your first order). In some states, the law also asks you to sign a short statement in that window by typing your name.
  • Messages: when you email us or use our contact or wholesale forms, we keep what you send, your email address and our replies. Wholesale applications also include business details and license documents.
  • Device and usage details: like most websites, we collect your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages you visit, partly through cookies.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use it to:

  • Check your age and make sure the items you order can legally ship to you.
  • Take payment, ship your order and send order and tracking emails.
  • Call you about your order. Orders that ship to California or Florida get a short recorded call after 5 p.m. to confirm the order before it ships, as state law requires. Store pickup orders get a short recorded call when they’re ready.
  • Answer your questions and handle returns.
  • Prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
  • Email you deals and news, if you leave the sign-up box checked at checkout.
  • Meet our tax and legal duties, including PACT Act reports.

Who We Share Personal Information With

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers that help run our store: payment processors, AgeChecker.Net, our shipping and inventory software, shipping carriers (and PUDOpoint if you choose pickup), our email and phone services, tax services that work out vape excise taxes, our reviews service, and the companies that host, protect and speed up our website. Each one gets the information it needs for its part of the job.
  • State and local tax officials: federal law (the PACT Act) requires us to report each vape sale to the tobacco tax officials of the state where it ships, and of some cities. Each report lists your name and address, plus the brand and quantity you bought. Those officials must keep it confidential and use it only to enforce the law and collect taxes.
  • When the law requires it: for example, a court order or subpoena, or to protect our customers, our store or others from fraud or harm.
  • A new owner: if our business is ever sold or merged, customer information would move to the new owner under this policy.

Cookies and Analytics

  • Cookies our site needs: they keep items in your cart, keep you signed in and run checkout.
  • Google Analytics: it shows us how visitors use our website, such as which pages they view and what they buy. It uses cookies, and Google may collect details about your visits to our site over time. You can turn it off with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
  • Your settings: your browser can block or delete cookies, but then your cart and checkout may not work. Our website doesn’t respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Emails and Phone Calls

  • Order emails: we email order confirmations, shipping updates and other notes about your order. These keep coming even if you unsubscribe from deals.
  • Deals and news: we email these only if you leave the sign-up box checked at checkout. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
  • Phone calls: we may call about a delivery problem. Also, orders that ship to California or Florida get the confirmation call the law requires. Store pickup orders get a short recorded call when they’re ready for pickup. We don’t make sales calls or send marketing texts.

We use your contact details only in the ways this privacy policy describes.

How We Protect and Keep Your Personal Information

  • We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or changes.
  • Your connection to our website is encrypted (HTTPS), and our payment processors handle your card details.
  • Only staff who need your information for their work can see it, and they must keep it confidential.
  • Please don’t email sensitive details, such as card numbers or a photo of your ID. Use our secure checkout and forms instead.
  • We keep order records as long as tax and other laws require. For example, the PACT Act requires us to keep a record of each vape sale until the end of the fourth full calendar year after the sale. We keep other information only as long as we need it.

  • Update your account details in My Account.
  • Unsubscribe from deals with the link in any marketing email.
  • Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We’ll do it unless the law requires us to keep it, such as sales records.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and products are only for adults 21 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 21 or target them. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it.

We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites that link to or from ours. We link to other websites only as pointers to information that may help you.

Do you keep a copy of my ID?

Why did I get a phone call about my order?

Either your order ships to California or Florida, where state law requires us to call after 5 p.m. to confirm it before it ships, or you chose store pickup and your order is ready. Both are short recorded messages from (888) 978-8507 to the phone number on your order.

How do I stop marketing emails?

Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You’ll still get emails about your orders.

Can I ask you to delete my information?

Yes. Contact us, and we’ll delete what the law lets us. We must keep sales records for several years under tax laws and the PACT Act.
