Who Can Apply

Any business that resells vape products can apply for a wholesale account, as long as it has the licenses its state and city require. That includes vape shops, smoke shops, convenience stores, online stores and distributors.

License rules differ by state and city. For example, some require a tobacco or vape license to sell vapes, while others only require a sales tax permit. Stores also have federal rules to follow. For instance, they can only sell to adults 21 and older, as the FDA’s rules for retailers explain.

What You Need to Apply

On the wholesale form, each upload can be a PDF, JPG or PNG file of up to 10 MB.

How to Open a Wholesale Account

1. Apply online. First, fill out the form below, then upload your documents.
2. We review it. Then our team checks your documents, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
3. Start ordering. Once you’re approved, we email you how to order in our wholesale portal. We also send details such as any minimum order.
