Back Ordered

Put in a big order but there were a few items back ordered. After a week of no shipping, I contacted the CS department and was informed about the back ordered items. We changed the order and it was shipped and received promptly. My only suggestion would be to install procedures to inform customers of delays due to back ordered items.
