Super easy to fill...the opening is large, so don’t have to hold your breath while filling so you don’t spill your juice! (If you pour your juice)... However .. the bottle itself is very stiff so you have to squeeze pretty hard. I think I’ll go back to my other one that’s easier to squeeze when I need a quick and easy fill while I’m on the go!
