The iPV4S by Pioneer4You Review and personal experience

The iPV4S box mod is the new edition to the impressive collection from Pioneer4You. With the release of the iPV4 S 120W , Pioneer4You has made great improvements from the previous, iPV4S  giving users a better vaping experience. Let’s take a deeper dive reviewing the features of the iPV4-S 120W . The iPV4S  is a hot item that would be a great addition to any vapers collection. The appearance of the iPV 4S  is very similar to the previous iPV4 but with a slightly sleeker design and better grip. The iPV4S  is equipped with the latest YiHi SX330-V4S chip allowing you to effectively use the temperature control technology. Vapers can use nickel, kanthal and titanium builds/coils to enhance their vaping experience. Just a note* with the titanium wire compatibility, you can use up 100 joules for titanium coils.  The battery cover has also been upgraded, using a ball-bearing snap into place, making the cover quick and simple to change the batteries.
Pioneer4You offers the iPV4S  in either black or silver. I personally prefer the black because I am not fan of mirror finish on the silver. At 120 watts, the iPV4-S can fire atomizers as low as 0.10 ohms. The controlled box mod has the 510 atomizer connector, allowing you to pair any of your favorite sub-ohm tanks or RDAs on the top of the box. Like its predecessor, the iPV4S  holds (2) 18650 flat top batteries with exceptional battery life. Being a chain vaper myself, I can go the whole day without having to worry about changing my batteries, but keep in mind it does also matter on the type of batteries you are using. In addition, the OLED display screen is much better than the iPV 4S because it’s much crisper and easier to read. Control your wattage, voltage, battery life, etc.

Here are some of the additional features of the great iPV4S  :

  • Temperature Control
  • Fires up to 120 watts
  • Compatible with nickel, titanium and kanthal wire
  • Ball-bearing battery cover
  • (2) 18650 batteries (not included)
  • YiHi SX330-V4S Chip
  • Better fire button; dome style
  • 510 atomizer connection
  • USB firmware cable (included)

Temperature Control Features:

  • Nickel Ni200 Wire (10-120W)
  • Kanthal Wire (10-120W)
  • Titanium Wire (10-100J)
  • Atty Resistance (0.10-3.0 ohms)
  • Joule Resistance (0.05-0.30ohms)
  • Temperature Range (212-572 degrees Fahrenheit)
Let’s discuss some recommendations when using the temperature control feature. Temperature control mode takes some patience and time to find your desired sweet spot. Keep in mind, ejuice will taste different using a certain temperature and joule setting. We at Vape Society Supply have tested out the Ni200 coil with these settings:
  • 200 Degrees F at 30 joules: Cooler vape with thick flavorful density clouds
  • 400 Degrees F at 40 joules: Warmer vape with thick flavorful density clouds
  • 450 Degrees F at 50 joules: Warm vape with thicker density clouds, good flavor
The iPV 4S has the option of using Titanium (Ti) in temperature control mode, but we have not tested this feature yet. The iPV4S is an awesome box mod with tons of features, especially when using temperature control mode. The device is lightweight but a powerful device. Overall, the iPV 4S Temperature Control is a clear winner. It has cleaned up the kinks from the previous version. It’s  a must get and surely you will be happy with it. I came from using a Sigelei 150W and the iPV4S has everything I need to enjoy my vaping experience. Yes, I am losing out on the additional 30 watts, but the max I went to was about 110 watts. The feel in the hand, sleeker design, temperature control and overall performance of the device made me fall in love with it. Plus it’s much cheaper at a price point of $62.99. Give it a go and let us know what you think.
