USIt’s alright.
Prices of items are great. I love that you guys also offer coils/products different than just juice which is something not everyone does and makes it much easier to one-stop-shop. However, I’ve yet to see an option for free shipping over a certain amount and I typically order $50 or more (from wherever I order).. although I did get a discount for my latest “Labor Day” order.. But free shipping would be nice for bigger orders. Almost all of the juices I’ve ordered have been extreeeeemly steeped; maybe a bit too much for me. Very dark in color upon receiving them. Not sure if they sit in storage for too long or if it’s simply from shipping but that typically doesn’t happen with other companies. I also never get a smiley face, a thank you (on my invoice) or any free complimentary bottles of fluid- both things I get when ordering from every other vape store online. That isn’t a huge deal but it definitely says a lot about a company and their customer service—- a note about that—- with my latest order, my order arrived on Monday when it was supposed to be here Friday. That is also not a huge deal BUT my tracking info didn’t change for several days so I emailed you guys to ask about it and have yet to receive a reply to that which tells me the customer service probably isn’t great. That’s all that being said, while I’m not upset with VSS (pricing, availability, selection), I’m happier ordering from elsewhere.
