USIt's a touch bitter, but mixes well...
I prefer bakery flavors (Raz Graham was my go-to before I ditched disposables) but wanted to try something in a coffee line... alone I found this too far on the "bean" note and a touch bitter... but I also purchased "C. Pie" which is supposed to be a caramel/graham flavor and just tastes like honey... the two blend perfectly (I accidently made a masterpiece!)
