GTi Coil Options
Pick your Vaporesso GTi coils by power. These are Vaporesso’s ratings, and Vaporesso calls GTi its DTL coil platform.

Vaporesso rates the dual mesh coils at the same wattage as the mesh coils of the same resistance. The 0.2Ω coils in our photo have their 60–75W rating printed on them.
How to Use GTi Coils
- Fit it: put the coil in your iTank T or iTank 2.
- Prime it: fill the tank and let the coil soak for a few minutes before your first puff.
- Set the power: start at the low end of the coil’s range and work up.
- Replace it: swap in a new coil when the taste turns burnt or flat.
Good to know: GTi coils don’t fit GTX or XROS devices, and GTX coils don’t fit the iTank T or iTank 2. Our coil compatibility guide shows which Vaporesso coils fit each kit.

Which devices do GTi coils fit?
The iTank T and iTank 2, so the ARMOUR ULTRA, ARMOUR OCTA, Armour MAX and Armour S kits we carry.
Which resistance should I pick?
All GTi coils are for DTL. The 0.5Ω coil runs lowest, at 30W to 40W. The 0.15Ω coil needs the most power, at 75W to 90W.
What’s the difference between mesh and dual mesh?
Vaporesso rates them at the same wattage for the same resistance. The ARMOUR OCTA and ARMOUR ULTRA come with dual mesh coils.
Do GTi coils fit GTX devices?
No. GTi and GTX are different coil platforms, so GTi coils don’t fit GTX devices such as the LUXE XR pods, and GTX coils don’t fit GTi tanks.
How do I prime a new coil?
Fit it, fill the tank and wait a few minutes before your first puff. Start at the low end of the coil’s range.
