Childproof Top Fill
Press the button and turn the top cap to open the fill slot. SMOK built it so the cap can’t open by accident and leak.
Three Airflow Slots
Air comes straight up through 3 large slots at the base, and you can adjust how much comes in.
80W to 140W Mesh Coils
Both TFV18 coils in the box are rated 80W to 140W, best at 100W to 110W. Five copper braces on the base carry the power to the coil.

How to Set Up the TFV18 Tank
- Open the top: hold the tank, press the button on the top cap and turn the cap counterclockwise to open the fill slot.
- Fill it: add e-liquid through the slot, keeping it out of the center airflow tube.
- Close it: turn the cap back until it’s firmly closed.
- Wait: let it stand for several minutes so the cotton soaks through.
- Mount it: screw the tank onto a 510 mod.
- Set it: set the power for your coil (80W to 140W for both TFV18 coils, best at 100W to 110W) and adjust the airflow at the base.
Who the TFV18 Tank Is For
The SMOK TFV18 Tank suits cloud chasers with a 510 mod that reaches at least 80W, the low end of both TFV18 coils’ ratings. SMOK says the coils and airflow take it from DL to RDL. For the coils on their own, see our TFV18 coils.
Good to know: SMOK lists its TFV16 mesh, dual mesh and triple mesh coils for the TFV18 too, so TFV16 coils you already have can go in it. SMOK also makes a TFV18 RBA for building your own coil.
