So, prepare to encounter an open pod system where every curve, every function, and every puff is a reflection of meticulous design and innovative spirit.

Aesthetically Pleasing Design to Complement Its Construction

The Vaporesso XROS Pro 30W Pod System makes an immediate statement of quality and sophistication, beginning with its arrival in sleek, emblematic Vaporesso packaging that subtly showcases the available colorways, hinting at the refined device within. Upon initial inspection, its smooth contours and impressively slim silhouette might suggest a conventionally basic pod system, yet this initial perception belies the advanced technology artfully concealed within its frame. The true ingenuity of its design is revealed when the device is activated: an elegant OLED screen materializes as if by magic from the tapered front panel, providing essential information without marring the clean, uninterrupted lines of the device when not illuminated. This seamless integration of display technology is a hallmark of Vaporesso’s thoughtful engineering, ensuring that functionality enhances, rather than detracts from, the device’s overall aesthetic allure.

The exceptional build quality of the XROS Pro becomes palpable the moment it is held, thanks to its durable zinc-alloy frame, which incorporates elements of classic SUS304 Stainless Steel design for a truly premium feel that is both lightweight for portability and remarkably sturdy for daily resilience. This construction instills a sense of confidence, assuring users of its capacity to withstand the rigors of real-world use without compromising its elegant appearance. The tactile experience is further enhanced by the buttons, which provide a satisfying, responsive clickiness, indicative of the precision engineering invested in every component. Adding to its practical elegance, the meticulously applied paintwork is adept at resisting fingerprints, maintaining the device’s pristine look even with frequent handling. With subtle branding that speaks to an understated class, the Vaporesso XROS Pro eschews ostentation in favor of a sophisticated and professional presentation, making it one of the most visually appealing and maturely designed pod kits available on the market.

A Powerful Rechargeable Battery and Can Fire up to 30 Watts

At the heart of the Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod System are extended performance capabilities; a significantly upgraded internal battery, boasting a robust 1200mAh capacity. This represents a substantial increase compared to the 1000mAh battery found in its predecessor, the acclaimed XROS 3, and while the numerical difference might seem modest to some, its real-world impact on vaping endurance is remarkably significant. This enhanced battery life translates directly into more prolonged vaping sessions throughout the day, diminishing the frequency of recharges and providing users with greater freedom and less anxiety about power depletion. Impressively, the XROS Pro often arrives with a considerable charge of around 65% straight out of the box, allowing for immediate enjoyment. When a recharge is eventually needed, the device’s USB-C charging port, conveniently located at the bottom, facilitates a remarkably swift power-up, capable of taking the battery from a near-depleted 5% to a full 100% in a mere 35-40 minutes. This rapid charging, coupled with the generous battery capacity, ensures that a fully charged XROS Pro can comfortably provide a full day’s use for most vapers, a critical feature further complemented by the device’s ability to intelligently manage power delivery up to an impressive 30 watts, ensuring both longevity and satisfying performance.

Airflow, Locking, and Power Flexibility – All Powered by AXON Chipset

The sophisticated functionality and responsive performance of the Vaporesso XROS Pro are orchestrated by the advanced AXON Chipset, an intelligent core that Vaporesso is renowned for integrating into its leading devices. This powerful chipset not only ensures rapid firing and consistent output but also manages the diverse range of customizable features the XROS Pro offers.

Prominently featured on the rear of the device is a precisely engineered adjustable airflow control system. This intuitive slider mechanism, moving across a series of small dotted inlets, allows users to meticulously fine-tune their draw, seamlessly transitioning between a tight, cigarette-like Mouth-To-Lung (MTL) experience and a more open, airy Restricted Direct-To-Lung (RDL) or even a fuller Direct-To-Lung (DTL) inhale, catering to a wide spectrum of vaping preferences with granular control.

Enhancing the device’s practicality and safety, a thoughtfully positioned sliding button is integrated into the side of the XROS Pro. This dedicated lock switch allows users to completely secure the main fire button, effectively preventing any accidental activation while the device is carried in a pocket or bag. Ingeniously, even when the fire button is locked, the convenient auto-draw functionality remains active, offering an alternative method of vaping without compromising safety. This dual-activation system provides users with flexibility; alongside the highly responsive automatic draw activation, the prominent firing button allows for manual device engagement. This same button also serves as the primary interface for navigating the device’s menu settings, streamlining control into a single, intuitive point of interaction and showcasing Vaporesso’s commitment to user-friendly design.

The power button’s multi-functionality is a cornerstone of the XROS Pro’s customizable experience, operating with a series of intuitive click sequences:

• Two quick clicks will deactivate the screen and the accompanying LED light, a useful feature for conserving battery life or for users who prefer a more stealthy vaping approach.
• Three clicks initiate the mode and wattage adjustment sequence; notably, when using the included 0.4ohm pods, this allows users to cycle through wattage settings, increasing the power in precise 0.5-watt increments from a versatile 15 watts up to the device’s maximum of 30 watts.
• Four clicks conveniently reset the puff counter.
• Five clicks will turn the device ON/OFF, ensuring it is only active when intended.

Furthermore, should you opt to use other XROS pods with different resistances, the device allows selection from three distinct operational modes:

• Eco Mode: Designed to optimize and preserve battery life by utilizing a lower power output.
• Normal Mode: Delivers a standard, balanced performance without specific battery-saving or power-boosting features.
• Boost Mode (referred to as Power Mode): Provides a noticeably punchier and more intense hit upon inhalation, though this enhanced output will naturally have a greater impact on battery longevity.

This level of control, especially the wattage adjustment with the 0.4ohm pod, empowers users to tailor their vape with remarkable precision.

Small OLED screen and Two Indicators

Discreetly integrated into the front facet of the Vaporesso XROS Pro, near the central point of its elegant chassis, is a compact yet highly informative OLED screen. This display exemplifies Vaporesso’s commitment to seamless design, as it remains virtually invisible, blending flawlessly into the device’s sleek surface when not in use. Upon firing the device or when adjusting settings, the screen illuminates with crisp clarity, instantly providing essential vaping data at a glance, including the current battery life percentage, the selected wattage output, and a cumulative puff counter. Positioned directly above this intelligently concealed OLED screen is a dedicated Lock Light Indicator, which visually confirms whether the device’s fire button is locked or unlocked, adding an extra layer of intuitive feedback. Complementing these visual cues, an LED Indicator Light is situated just below the OLED screen, offering a more immediate, color-coded status of the battery’s charge level: a vibrant ‘green’ light signifies a full or substantial charge, while a ‘red’ light clearly indicates that the battery is low and requires recharging, ensuring users are always aware of their device’s power status.

XROS Pods

The Vaporesso XROS Pro kit thoughtfully includes two advanced, refillable 3mL capacity 0.4ohm XROS pods, with one conveniently pre-installed and a spare provided in the box, ensuring you are ready to vape almost immediately. These specific pods, featuring integrated coils, are primarily engineered to deliver an exceptional Restricted Direct-Lung (RDL) vaping experience, balancing rich flavor with satisfying vapor production. A key characteristic of the XROS series, and by extension the XROS Pro, is the consistent integration of the coil within the pod structure itself, simplifying maintenance by requiring only the replacement of the entire pod unit once the coil reaches the end of its lifespan, eliminating the need for messy coil changes. This design philosophy ensures a fresh and optimal vaping experience with every new pod.

A significant advantage of the XROS Pro is its broad compatibility with the entire existing range of XROS pods, a feature that Vaporesso has intelligently maintained to offer users maximum versatility. These XROS pods are available in a diverse array of ohm resistances, each meticulously designed to cater to different vaping styles and preferences.

For instance, the 1.0ohm or 1.2ohm resistance pods are perfectly suited for those who prefer a true Mouth-To-Lung (MTL) inhale, closely mimicking the draw of a traditional cigarette; these higher resistance pods perform exceptionally well with both freebase nicotine e-liquids and nicotine salts. If a slightly more airy vape is desired, the 0.6ohm or 0.8ohm XROS pods provide an excellent restricted direct-to-lung experience, also compatible with both freebase and nicotine salt formulations, with the airflow easily adjustable to further refine the draw. For those seeking to maximize vapor production and leverage the XROS Pro’s 30W capability, the included 0.4ohm pods are ideal for use with High VG E-Juices, allowing users to adjust the wattage to a higher setting for a robust direct-to-lung vape, with the option to tailor the airflow for a more restricted feel if preferred.

Constructed from durable, food-grade PCTG material, the XROS pods ensure the purity of your E-Liquid’s flavor profile and offer excellent visibility of juice levels, preventing unwelcome dry hits. The pods connect to the XROS Pro device via a strong and reliable magnetic connection, ensuring a secure fit that is both easy to install and remove when refilling or replacing. This seamless integration contributes to the device’s overall user-friendly nature and robust build quality, making pod swaps effortless and secure every time, minimizing any chance of poor connection or accidental detachment during use.

The new 2mL/3mL 0.4Ω pod (3mL pod comes standard with the XROS Pro) incorporates Vaporesso’s groundbreaking COREX heating technology. This innovative system is engineered to deliver denser clouds, a remarkably smoother taste, and a more pronounced throat hit, significantly enhancing the overall sensory experience. Furthermore, the COREX Heating Tech supports exceptionally accurate flavor reproduction from your chosen vape juices and contributes to a notably extended lifespan for the pod. Complementing this, Vaporesso’s proprietary SSS (Seal, Saturate, Store) leak-resistant technology within the mesh coils ensures excellent flavor delivery and dense vapor clouds, while also adeptly handling the wattage being vaped at without faltering. In terms of refilling, the new 3mL 0.4ohm pod features a convenient top-fill system with a clamshell design that reveals a silicone-stoppered fill port once the mouthpiece is removed.

It is important to note the filling variations across the XROS pod family: while this new 0.4ohm pod is top-filling, other 3mL versions, such as the 0.6ohm, 0.7ohm, and 0.8ohm options, utilize a side-filling mechanism. Conversely, all the 2mL volume XROS pods, including the 0.4ohm, 0.6ohm, 0.8ohm, 1.0ohm, and 1.2ohm variants, employ a top-filling system, providing a range of convenient options within this versatile pod ecosystem.
