How to Change an MX Coil
- Empty the pod: vape or pour out most of the e-liquid, then take the pod off.
- Swap the coil: pull the old coil out of the bottom of the pod and push a new one in. Reviewers found it can be stiff to pull out.
- Refill and wait: fill the pod and wait a few minutes before vaping on a new coil.
- Set the power: start at the low end of the coil’s rating, and change the coil when the taste turns burnt or flat.
Good to know: MX coils push into FreeMax’s Maxus DTL pods. For its screw-in M Pro tanks, see the 904L M coils.
