The VOOPOO Vinci E120 Pod Kit is here to set a new benchmark for what a pod mod can truly achieve in our industry today.

A Masterclass in Design and Aesthetics

The VOOPOO Vinci E120 Pod Kit makes a profound statement from the moment you hold it. This is not just another lightweight pod system; it is a device engineered with intention and a tangible sense of quality. Tipping the scales at 157g, it possesses a substantial, premium weight that immediately communicates durability and craftsmanship. This heft, born from its solid aluminum alloy construction, feels reassuring and balanced in the hand, never bordering on cumbersome but always feeling significant. It’s a deliberate design choice that bridges the gap to the robust feel of a traditional full-sized mod, offering a sense of permanence and reliability that many pod users crave. The meticulous construction is evident in every curve and seam, presenting a unified and sleek chassis that is as pleasing to the touch as it is to the eye.

The finish of the VOOPOO Vinci E120 Kit is a testament to this company’s attention to detail. A lovely matte texture graces the device, providing a comfortable and secure grip while repelling the minor smudges of daily handling. This finish is executed flawlessly across the entire range of available colors, allowing for a personalized expression of style. Whether you opt for the understated elegance of Spray Black or Grey Metal, the vibrant allure of Star Purple or Rose Red, the cool tones of Snow Blue, or the luxurious sheen of Glow Silver and Champagne Golden, each option presents a unique personality. The Star Purple variant, in particular, is a stunning example, showcasing a depth of color that is both eye-catching and sophisticated. While the expansive screen is naturally prone to collecting fingerprints, it’s a minor trade-off for the immense functionality and visual appeal it offers, a small compromise that users will gladly accept for the overall premium experience.

An Immersive Visual Experience: The Display Screen

Dominating the face of the VOOPOO Vinci E120 Pod Kit is its most striking feature: a gorgeous and expansive 2.4-inch color display that immediately sets it apart from its peers. This isn’t merely a functional component; it’s an interactive centerpiece that transforms the user experience. The screen is exceptionally bright and vibrant, rendering information with a clarity that remains easily readable even under the harsh glare of direct sunlight. All essential vaping data—wattage, coil resistance, puff count, and battery life—is presented in a clean, organized layout that is intuitive at a glance. VOOPOO has leveraged this impressive digital real estate to create a truly engaging interface.

What truly elevates the display beyond simple functionality is the innovative implementation of customizable watch faces. This feature adds a layer of personalization and gamification that is both fun and rewarding. Upon first use, the device presents two sleek themes, but the journey has just begun. As you continue to use the Vinci E120, reaching specific puff count milestones, you unlock a progressively wider selection of watch faces, with a total of 18 unique themes to discover. This clever system fosters a sense of progression and achievement, encouraging you to explore the device’s capabilities and rewarding you with new visuals along the way. It’s a thoughtful touch that transforms the screen from a static information panel into a dynamic and evolving expression of your personal vaping journey.

Uncompromising Power and Intelligent Performance

At the core of the VOOPOO Vinci E120 Pod Kit lies a powerhouse of a battery, engineered to support its high-performance capabilities without faltering. The device is equipped with a massive 4500mAh internal battery, a capacity that rivals many dual-battery mods and ensures extended periods of uninterrupted vaping. This is not just about a large number on a spec sheet; it’s about real-world endurance that you can depend on. When using the 0.3Ω coil at a moderate 35W, users can easily expect to get through two full days of heavy use. Even when pushing the limits with the power-hungry 0.15Ω coil at 50W, the Vinci E120 still confidently delivers a solid day and a half of performance. The battery level indicator is remarkably accurate, providing a reliable gauge of remaining power and eliminating the frustrating surprise of a sudden shutdown.

Complementing this impressive battery life is an equally impressive power output. The Vinci E120 can be adjusted from a gentle 5W all the way up to a staggering 120W, providing an immense range to suit any preference and coil type. This power is managed by VOOPOO’s intelligent GENE.TT 2.0 chipset, which includes the brilliant Smart Coil Detection feature. When a new coil is installed, the device instantly recognizes its resistance and automatically suggests a recommended wattage while also setting a maximum power limit. This intuitive system is a fantastic safeguard, particularly for those new to higher-wattage vaping, as it effectively prevents accidental coil burnout and ensures an optimal experience right from the start.

When it’s finally time to recharge, the Vinci E120 gets back into action swiftly thanks to its 2A fast-charging capability via a modern USB-C port. Recharging the colossal 4500mAh battery from empty to full takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes—an impressive feat for such a large capacity. The charging screen provides valuable information, displaying both the current battery percentage and an estimated time until the charge is complete. For those who can’t wait, the device supports pass-through vaping, allowing you to use it while it’s plugged in, ensuring you’re never left without your vape.

Seamless Operation and Advanced Functions

Operating the VOOPOO Vinci E120 Pod Kit is a remarkably intuitive and polished experience, thanks to a combination of smart software and user-friendly hardware design. The device is packed with features that enhance both convenience and safety, all accessible through a straightforward interface. The GENE.TT 2.0 chip provides a robust suite of safety protections, including an 8-second cutoff, short-circuit protection, overcharge protection, and low battery warnings. Furthermore, the device incorporates temperature monitoring to ensure it remains comfortable to hold, even during extended sessions at high wattages. The smart coil protection, which prevents exceeding the coil’s recommended wattage, is seamlessly integrated, making the device feel both powerful and forgiving.

The menu system is easily navigable. Five quick clicks of the fire button will power the device on or off. To enter the main menu, simply press both adjustment buttons simultaneously, where you can then use the fire button to select different options and modes. This streamlined process removes any unnecessary complexity, allowing you to focus on tailoring your vaping experience. Every aspect of the user interface feels deliberate and well-thought-out, contributing to a device that is a genuine pleasure to use on a daily basis.

Precision Airflow Control

The airflow system on the Vinci E120 is a masterclass in precision engineering, offering a high degree of control to perfectly tailor the draw to your liking. Located conveniently on the side of the device is a stepless airflow adjustment slider. This mechanism moves with a smooth, satisfying resistance—it is perfectly tensioned to stay firmly in place once set, avoiding accidental adjustments while in a pocket or bag, yet it remains easy to manipulate with a single finger. The range of adjustment is substantial, catering effectively to different vaping styles.

When the slider is fully open, the Vinci E120 delivers a powerful and airy direct-lung (DL) hit that will satisfy even the most dedicated cloud chasers. The airflow is smooth and voluminous, allowing for deep, satisfying inhales. Closing the slider down about halfway transforms the draw into a rich and flavorful restricted-direct-lung (RDL) experience, which proves to be the sweet spot for many users, offering a perfect balance of vapor production and flavor intensity. It is important to note that the device is clearly geared towards the cloudier end of the vaping spectrum. Even with the airflow control nearly closed, two small fixed airflow holes and the wide-bore design of the mouthpiece ensure that some air always passes through. Consequently, it does not provide a tight, traditional mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw.

Intuitive Tactile Controls: The Buttons

The physical controls of the VOOPOO Vinci E120 are designed with ergonomic precision and tactile satisfaction in mind. The primary fire button is perfectly placed for comfortable activation with either a thumb or index finger, depending on how you prefer to hold the device. It has a responsive, satisfying click with absolutely no rattle or play, contributing to the overall premium feel. Below the screen, the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ adjustment buttons are equally well-executed. They provide good tactile feedback, confirming each press with a subtle click, and exhibit the same solid, wobble-free construction as the fire button.

One of the most appreciated hardware features is the dedicated lock switch located on the side of the device. This simple but incredibly effective addition allows you to completely lock the device’s functions with a quick flick of a switch. This eliminates the risk of accidental firing or wattage adjustments when carrying the device in a pocket or bag, a common frustration with many other systems. It is a thoughtful, practical feature that makes a significant difference in everyday usability and peace of mind. The pod connection is another area of excellence; powerful magnets create a secure, snap-fit connection that holds the pod firmly in place with zero wiggle, while the well-designed rubber fill port is both secure and easy to open—a rare and welcome combination.
