How to Change an X Coil
- Take the tank off: unscrew it from your mod, then unscrew the 510 base.
- Swap the coil: unscrew the old coil and screw in the new one.
- Refill and wait: screw the base back on, fill the tank and wait at least 5 minutes before vaping on a new coil.
- Set the power: start at the low end of the coil’s rating, and change the coil when the taste turns burnt or flat.
Good to know: Each X coil has a TX twin with the same resistance and FreeMax rating (X1 and TX1, NX2 and TNX2, and so on); the TX versions use FreeMax’s tea fiber cotton.
